Opening of our new customer centre
We are pleased to announce the official opening of our newly built and modern customer centre ‘das Technikum’. The opening took place as part of the ACADEMY Passive Netztechnik, to which our subsidiary Hauff-Technik GRIDCOM had invited.
Among the guests was Dr Jörn Grossmann, member of the Board of Management of the parent company INDUS Holding AG, who officially opened the new premises together with Dr Michael Seibold, Managing Director of Hauff-Technik GmbH & Co. KG, officially opened the new premises.
During the event, Grossman emphasised the importance of the customer centre for the future of the company. ‘With this modern customer centre, Hauff-Technik is creating a place where innovation and customer orientation take centre stage. Here, customers are not only presented with products and services, but also work together on solutions that meet the requirements of the future,’ explained Dr Grossmann.
The customer centre offers a variety of interactive areas where customers can experience the latest technologies and solutions at first hand. The modernised premises are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offer space for training courses, workshops and individual consultations.
The ACADEMY Passive Network Technology, which took place as part of the opening, offered participants the opportunity to find out about current trends and developments in the industry and to exchange ideas with experts. The positive response from participants shows how important the exchange of knowledge and experience is in today's world.
